Our Leadership Team

Kristen is the Co-Founder of Arcadia Strategy Group. She is committed to a safer, healthier, and more resilient future. Kristen started ASG to commit the best talent to projects that enhance national security, operational efficiency, and innovation in the federal sector.

Previously, Kristen was the Chief Operating Officer at Core One, a mid-sized national security company, where she led capture and bid & proposal teams, managed the Training and Logistics Division, and oversaw the company’s human resources functions. Prior roles at Core One included: Director of Training and Logistics where she led the company’s largest revenue-producing division; Principal for DoD training contracts; and Lead Instructor.

Earlier in her career, Kristen worked in New York at Palantir Technologies as a Business Cultivation Engineer responsible for managing an engineering and analysis team. Kristen also spent over a decade serving in the federal government national security community. Much of her federal career was spent overseas, providing strategic support to U.S. interests and ensuring the nation's security. During her government tenure, she received four performance awards. 

Kristen attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a Morehead-Cain Scholarship, a full tuition leadership program, and graduated with Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Political Science. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Jeremy is the Co-Founder of Arcadia Strategy Group. He brings to the company a strong background in finance and strategy as well as an unwavering commitment to business integrity. His vision for ASG is to maintain trust, transparency, and community among the ASG workforce and to ensure that customers have complete confidence in the company and its offerings.

Jeremy brings experience in investment banking, where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions at KippsDeSanto (Capital One Bank) and The McLean Group, focusing on the defense, government, and intelligence sector. In these roles, Jeremy regularly engaged with private equity groups and defense prime contractors. Jeremy previously held the position of Vice President Finance & Operations at JTG Inc., a government contractor focused on language, training, and analytics.

Jeremy spent over a decade in the federal government national security space, serving in multiple postings abroad and various managerial roles; he received nine performance awards during his government tenure. Across his professional roles, Jeremy has provided financial, strategic, and operational advice in high-stakes/high-value situations.

Jeremy holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in Security Studies from The Georgetown School of Foreign Service, and a B.A. in Chemistry (magna cum laude) from Case Western University.
